Who We Are
646php is an online casino and sports betting platform built specifically for the Philippine market. We're not just another generic international casino that happens to accept Filipino players — we were designed from day one with Filipino culture, payment habits, and gaming preferences at the center of every decision.
Our platform is operated under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body that oversees and licenses online gaming in the country. That means when you play on 646php, you're playing on a regulated, accountable platform — not a fly-by-night operation based somewhere no one's ever heard of.
We serve players from across the archipelago — from busy professionals in Makati who want to catch a quick bingo session on their lunch break, to sports fans in Cebu watching the PBA playoffs with a live bet running, to slot enthusiasts in Davao spinning the reels late on a Friday night. 646php is there for all of them.
Reminder: 646php is strictly for players aged 21 and above, as required under Philippine law. We actively enforce age verification during registration.

Our Story
646php didn't appear overnight. It grew out of a genuine frustration that Filipino players — one of the most passionate gaming communities in Southeast Asia — were being underserved by platforms that treated the Philippines as an afterthought. Here's how we got to where we are today.
A Local Problem, a Local Solution
A small team of Filipino gaming enthusiasts noticed that most international casino sites didn't support GCash, didn't display odds in Philippine Pesos, and had zero Filipino-language customer service. 646php was born as the answer to that gap.
Licensing & Infrastructure
The team pursued proper licensing under the PAGCOR framework and partnered with internationally certified game providers to build a library that Filipinos actually want to play — from classic slots and live dealer tables to sports betting on the PBA and sabong.
Platform Launch & First Players
646php opened its doors to Filipino players nationwide. The response was immediate — players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and beyond registered quickly, drawn by the familiar payment methods, PHP currency, and a game library built for local tastes.
Expanding Game Library & Features
We added hundreds of new slot titles including fan-favourite Gates of Olympus, launched dedicated bingo rooms, introduced a full sportsbook covering UFC, NBA, and international football, and rolled out a VIP rewards program for our most loyal members.
Half a Million Players and Counting
646php now serves more than 500,000 registered players and continues to grow every month. We're constantly updating our platform, improving mobile performance, and rolling out new promotions tailored to the Philippine gaming calendar — fiestas, holidays, and championship seasons included.

What We Stand For
Six core values that guide every decision we make at 646php.
Fairness
Every game on 646php uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. No rigged outcomes — ever.
Transparency
Our terms and conditions are written in plain English, our payout rates are publicly available, and our regulatory standing under PAGCOR is verifiable.
Responsible Gaming
We provide deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion tools, and links to professional help resources for anyone who needs support.
Security
Bank-grade SSL encryption protects every login and transaction. Your personal and financial data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
Local Relevance
From GCash and PayMaya to BPI and BDO, we support the payment methods Filipinos actually use. Our platform speaks your language — literally and culturally.
Continuous Improvement
We listen to player feedback, monitor industry trends, and push regular updates. The 646php you use today is better than last month's — and next month's will be better still.
Payments That Work for Filipinos
One of the biggest frustrations Filipino players face on international casino sites is payment. Either their preferred e-wallet isn't supported, or the platform processes everything in USD with hidden conversion fees. 646php solved that problem by building our payment system around the tools Filipinos already use every day.
Deposit with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. Withdraw the same way. Everything in ₱PHP, with processing times that actually respect your time — most GCash and PayMaya transactions are near-instant, and bank transfers typically settle within the day.
For players who prefer digital assets, we also accept USDT crypto transfers. And for international card payments, both Visa and Mastercard are fully supported.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
646php takes player welfare seriously. These are not just words on a page.
21+ Age Verification
We verify the age of every player during registration. No one under 21 is permitted to open or use a 646php account, full stop.
Deposit & Loss Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit or lose. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
Session Reminders
Set time alerts that remind you how long you've been playing. It's easy to lose track — our session clock helps you stay aware.
Self-Exclusion
Need a break? Our self-exclusion tool lets you lock your account for a set period — or permanently. We honour every request, no questions asked.
