1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "646php," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under the trade name 646php, operating under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 646php platform.
• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the 646php website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and other gaming products offered by 646php.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account required to access and use 646php services.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in your Account, whether deposited by you or credited through winnings, bonuses, or promotions.
• "Philippine Pesos" or "₱PHP" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with 646php, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any Service provided by 646php, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You understand and accept all provisions contained herein;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• You consent to 646php's Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform or any of its Services. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the Services offered by 646php. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. 646php reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

646php services are intended for users located within the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of Account creation and at all times when accessing the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 646php complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Mobile phone number registered in the Philippines;
• Residential address;
• Any other information reasonably requested by 646php for verification purposes.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with 646php. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using the identities of others, is strictly prohibited. 646php reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and confiscate any remaining Balance.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 646php immediately. 646php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access unless such access results from 646php's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.3 Account Verification

646php reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and selfie photographs. You must provide requested documents within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 646php Account must be made in Philippine Pesos (₱PHP) through payment methods approved and displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at 646php's discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by 646php. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if 646php requires additional documentation. 646php reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal if fraud, collusion, or other prohibited activity is suspected.

5.3 Processing Times

646php aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to verification requirements and payment method processing times. Delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, or banking system limitations. 646php is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Fees and Charges

646php does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose fees. You are responsible for all such charges imposed by third parties.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by 646php are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of the promotion. You must read and accept these terms before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

646php reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, or irregular betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms. Repeat offenders will have their Accounts permanently closed.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generator Certification

All casino games, slots, and other RNG-based games offered on the 646php Platform use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and cannot be manipulated by 646php or any player.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game you play. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, 646php's decision shall be final and binding.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned. 646php is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from malfunctions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods or identity theft;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used by 646php;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other players or 646php staff;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain;
• Circumventing any technical measures used by 646php to prevent prohibited activities.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

646php is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a specified period or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to access the Platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 External Support Resources

If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, we encourage you to seek professional help. Resources are available through the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other accredited counseling services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and other materials displayed on the 646php Platform are the exclusive property of 646php or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 646php.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 646php, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

646php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 646php's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by 646php

646php reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• 646php is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR;
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• 646php determines, in its sole discretion, that continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. If termination is without cause, any legitimate Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 646php customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. 646php will process Account closure requests within seven (7) business days, subject to verification and outstanding wagering requirements.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions administered by PAGCOR and other relevant regulatory bodies.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of 646php Services, you agree to follow this process:

1. Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Submit your complaint in writing to 646php customer support. We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 646php's response, you may escalate the matter to a senior member of our management team for further review.
3. Step 3 – Regulatory Complaint: If the matter remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the dispute to PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming operations in the Philippines.
4. Step 4 – Legal Proceedings: Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period shall be barred.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

646php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
