646php operates an age-restricted platform. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online casino gaming and sports betting is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 years old. This is not a guideline — it is a legal requirement.

646php takes the following measures to enforce this restriction:

• All players are required to declare their date of birth during registration on 646php. Persons born less than 21 years from the registration date are blocked from completing sign-up.
